Jon was the man who introduced me to real barbeque ribs (or as close as you can get in Manchester, UK). We shared a deep appreciation of dogs and walking. His dry sense of humour and his appreciation of strength and a strong point of view made him a pleasure to spar with and grow ideas. He was there when I struggled with my health and I am so sorry that in fact it was him we needed to worry about. Jon will be truly missed as a thought partner and friend.
