Even though these are meant for me, my mum and others to read I felt like saying something. My dad was the best. He may have been a bit strict or stubborn but he was kind and loved me, my mum and dog very much. From game night to family dinners it was always fun with him. Sometimes we’d get into a fight because I think he’s being unreasonable but in the end he’s always been right. I don’t think everyone knows this but I was going on a school trip to France the week my dad died and had to be flown back. I left with just a goodbye but I wish I could have said ‘I love you’ one last time. I know it may be hard to express your feelings so if you need to, just think back on my dad and your relationship.
