Jon - this is how we remember you - one night last year, arriving to dinner - having cooked a feast, you were waiting for us at the door, bourbon in hand, relaxed. A game of poker and some opinionated discussion on American politics awaited. Dear Jon, it seems to me like you did nothing in halves. You loved your family fiercely, you gave away your friendship unconditionally, you cooked meticulously, you followed the law to the letter - whether to follow Vegas rules in poker or other more serious matters.
