I only had the privilege of meeting Jon a few times, the first of which was as a guest of One Question. Following a feisty, two-hour debate, Jon approached me, "Great conversation Sarah, but what is the answer? How can you ask a question and not answer it?" 

We met a few times following this and his advice on building One Question was so valuable, not least because he always questioned our questions...

It goes without saying he will be missed.
